About Me
Hello, I’m Ir. Sartika Setiawan, S.T., M.T., a Program Manager & PMO professional with 15+ years in telecommunications, from RF engineering at ZTE to enterprise project leadership at XL Axiata, and now PMO at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison. I govern large-scale programs with a helicopter view and translate complexity into clear, decision-ready executive reports consumed at chief level.
I hold a Master’s in Telecommunications Management (Universitas Indonesia) and have taught project management, Agile, and digital transformation as a part-time lecturer since 2019. I believe good governance isn’t paperwork; it’s how big things actually get delivered.
